El Zin American Bistro es un intento de modernizar y americanizar el concepto bistro francés tradicional. El Zin ha ganado recientemente el premio al Mejor de Palm Springs y ha sido descrito como "posiblemente la mejor comida en el Valle de Coachella" por el escritor Peter Osbaldeston del Palm Springs Dining Bible.     Excellent food and service! The salmon melted in my mouth, seasoned to perfection, cooked just right. Fried chicken was good, too, tender & juicy. This restaurant is 4-5 stars depending on how busy the street is out front as the noise level echoed in is deafening on a busy Saturday night. Best to sit in the far rear if quieter dining is preferred. Busy place, reservations are recommended.

    My Short Rib Pappardelle Noodle dish was DEVINE. The server kept making errors on our orders and kept apologizing but then tried to charge us for her errors. Again, apologizing. Read your bill. Otherwise, it was very good. Didn't appreciate two dogs in the restaurant barking at each other and dogs walking on the sidewalks. PLEASE stop allowing dogs in the restaurant.

    One of the best restaurants in town, with a hands-on owner who is devoted to excellent fare and outstanding service. The location is great, but the best part of dining at Zen is the personal touch that goes into the menu, attention to detail, and dedication of a splendid team. Be sure to book your Open Table reservation and specify your preferred location in the restaurant!

    We love Zin Bistro, we always eat at Zin every trip to Palm Springs. The food the staff and the location are just perfect.

    Every morsel of food was fresh, beautifully presented and seasoned to perfection. We drove 2 hours from the coast to try the fried chicken. It was worth the trip tender chicken again perfect seasoning crunchy and delicious. I (after considering several choices) settled on the salmon. Our fantastic waitress Kelly asked how would I like it prepared! Chef’s choice was scrumptious fresh salmon caught off Norway with fresh herbs and capers so flavorful. The salads again were perfectly dressed and the bone marrow appetizer exquisite. My favorite restaurant in Palm Springs! We’ll be back !

    Food was great, service was good, small open spot, indoor table was good with the exception of the occasional car exhaust smell that lingers for a good minute when an older car passes by. Otherwise no other issues, loved the filet mignon

    Reservation was at eight didn’t make it to the table till 8:30. Server did not greet the table until another 10 minutes after. Next time, even if you are busy, at least acknowledge the table letting them know I see you and I will be with you as soon as I can. Food was OK I asked for medium lamb chops. They came out rare so I sent those back. After greeting, the table server was great no complaints there. OVERALL I WOULD NEVER COME BACK
