Just a stones throw from Fenchurch Street Station, Willy's Wine Bar is one of the most established and popular wine bars in the square mile. Famous for ‘probably the best Fish & Chips in the City’ the venue is full of tradition and charm, with open brickwork, dark wood and subtle lighting. Towards the back of the bar is the restaurant which serves an extensive English menu, together with a range of daily specials.
Willy's is ideal for parties and events, with its versatile space lending itself to a whole variety of both formal and informal functions, including
sit down dinners, birthday parties, corporate events, wine tasting evenings, drinks and canapé receptions, to name but a few. In addition, our staff have many years of experience in operating City bars and their unique style of service and hospitality is renowned and appreciated by all of their regular customers.

I thought some of the food was overpriced (steak and sides £40) and some reasonable (Fish and chips £17). Excellent service but an odd little bar. Very well located.

Received a very warm and professional greeting on arrival. Immediately shown to our table and offered the drinks and lunch menu. Attentive and very pleasant staff combined with fine food made this. as always, a great lunch venue. Thank you.

Popped in for lunch with a colleague. Efficient, friendly service. Good food. Good atmosphere. Would recommend and will be returning !

Willy’s Wine Bar offers decent fayre at a reasonable price for a city establishment. The service was friendly and the bar menu offers a range of lunchtime plates ideal for a casual city lunch. The wine list also includes options for all pockets.

Good easy option. Sandwhiches enjoyable enough. Service a little slow but OK. Overall handy for a simply business lunch, would go back. Fish and chips are very good (from prior visit).
