Watermark lleva las experiencias gastronómicas de los comensales a nuevas cotas con un servicio atento, cocina creativa, una amplia selección de vinos y un diseño elegante, solo superados por los impresionantes ventanales con vistas panorámicas a las cataratas American y Horseshoe. Watermark se encuentra en la planta 33 y ofrece un ambiente elegante y contemporáneo que recuerda la majestuosidad de las propias cataratas del Niágara. El menú está inspirado tanto en los productores locales y regionales de los bien elaborados vinos de la región de Niagara como en el jamón de un artesano local de Niagara Falls. Tim O'Donnell, el chef principal, emplea ingredientes frescos de temporada que transforma en platillos creativos. Es toda una experiencia, el valor es adecuado para el nivel de experiencia y calidad de la comida y servicio, es algo elevado pero sin duda vale la pena

Excellent service! They really paid attention to details and made all the experience amazing. Severs cared about every single request made and really cared about us enjoying our time, even asked us to stay until the fireworks started. They exceeded our expectations!

This place is a scam!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. they will over charge you, act confused as to why they charged you so much and send you on a horse race to get your credit back.

The food was horrible. I made reservations for new years. I selected the standard menu option when offered but when we got there they said the only option was the New Years menu which was twice the price of standard. Since we were already there we went ahead and ate. The bread we received was cold. The appetizers were bland. I ordered a steak medium and it was the toughest steak I have ever had. I would compare it to those plastic steaks you get in a kids toy kitchen. The Risotto was lumpy and dessert mushy. It was an awful experience and I do not recommend.

Go for the ire and the service. That said we booked ahead and asked for a table with a good view of the falls and probably had the worst view in the house. That was not cool. Our waiter was exceptional, attentive and friendly on a very busy night. The food was average the starter was shrimp cocktail which was several med shrimp on a bed of iceburg lettuce with a few radishes topping it off. I wish they would provide you a choice of regular cocktail sauce (my personal favourite), or their house version of cocktail sauce. The mail meal was very good and well presented. Roast chicken and tenderloin is what we ordered. The dessert we had were again well presented the crème brûlée was a bit too thick and pudding like. The sorbet was delicious. The wine is extremely overpriced. The complimentary Champaign was served off a table lined with pre poured glasses at the entrance - not very festive and it was warm. We had a terrific view of the fireworks over the falls from the lounge above the restaurant before dinner. All in all it was a pleasant but overpriced experience. I would go back to the lounge for a snack a drink and a view but I would not dine there again.

We had a romantic evening. Dressed up for New Years and watched the fireworks. Our food was delicious.

Steak was way over cooked and very dry. It was a good 10 minutes before anyone came by to check on the table. By then, I didn’t care to send it back and eat alone as the rest of my group had ate their entree. We were seated next to the kitchen entry and it was very loud and busy with clanking dishes and servers in and out. Overall, it was overpriced for a very poor experience on New Years Eve. No adjustment was offered on my bill. Very disappointing overall, I would not return.
