El restaurante y enoteca Waterfront Wines, dirigido por el chef y sommelier Marcos Filatow, ha desarrollado un menú fresco y en continua evolución que refleja todo lo que Okanagan tiene que ofrecer. El establecimiento Waterfront es un restaurante y enoteca pequeño, con capacidad para 50 comensales. Acaba de empezar su 11 año de negocios y dispone de una clientela fiel, atraída por las creaciones del chef y sommelier Marcos Filatow. El chef Filatow exuda una pasión por alcanzar su máxima expresión a través de los maridajes que se realizan con la exclusiva selección de la carta de vinos.     Another wonderful evening at Waterfront Restaurant with delicious food (the mussels special was particularly outstanding!) and the fantastic staff are always the icing on the cake :)

    Waterfront wines is usually our first pick for any good date night. Spending time with the staff is always such a pleasure. They remember you, they are knowledgeable of the food and always have fabulous recommendations, not that you can go wrong here. Love this classy intimate spot and highly recommend!

    Our first time to Waterfront Wines was fabulous. From the moment we were seated until we were done, the service was beyond our expectations. The staff took the time to explain the menu options. Our meals were excellent, the whole dining experience was truly wonderful. A shout out to Ashley our server for looking after us with a personal yet professional touch. We are looking forward to our next visit.

    Amazing food and wine!!! The service was excellent. Unfortunately a larger table was in at the same time and the acoustics were awful. Very loud - could not hear each other at the table. Could use some noise absorbing “art work”

    Such a great, warm and welcoming experience every time at Waterfront Restaurant. As other Kelowna locals have said in these comments, it is hard to find anywhere else for this kind of dining experience here. It is the epitome of this kind of locally sourced food which is perfectly and artistically executed by the chef team and presented by the incredible, knowledgeable and professional front-of-house team. Cannot wait for the next visit!
