Vinny's es un restaurante italiano de California. Fresco, ligero y no completamente tradicional, ha sido calificado regularmente como "excelente" por la guía Zagat. El establecimiento se ha convertido en un lugar muy frecuentado por la gente de negocios de la zona. También funciona bien como restaurante para citas nocturnas. Honestly, very disappointed. They ended up comping our entire entrees because the food was so bad. Tasted sour and not fresh we won’t be back.

Food was great overall enjoyable dinner. Only surprise, I was told over the phone that the regular menu would be available on New Years Eve. When we arrived the waiter told us only the limited menu would be available. His answer was “It was posted on our web site”. He did not seem to show any concern or apologize for what I was told on the phone. Not a great start but great from that point on.

1st off I was so embarrassed in front of my friends that I had invited. Coming from sales where customer service is very important. The hostess was so rude, not once but twice, said something that was rude and embarrassing. I walked in happy and was excited to be out. I hadn’t been anywhere in over 2 months from major surgery. I’m walking with a cane. Everyone heard the way she spoke to me. I simply asked what table would we be dining at. I was worried because of cane. She pointed at the one that was literally where they walk out from kitchen. She said oh you have to be done in an hour and half. Even if that is the case she didn’t need to announce in the tone she used. She didn’t say that to the two tables before us. I said softly will there be another table coming up soon we could wait a bit. That table looks very awkward for us. I know it’s just a table on New Year’s Eve ( busy) but it was the worst table in there. .Here is the big thing. I said I made the reservation over a month ago. She said loudly SO DID EVERYONE ELSE!!!. I think at this point she should have just slapped me, because that’s what it felt like. My friends heard her. I had been through a terrible 2 months. 1 st night out. honestly I can’t remember experiencing such rude behavior. I always pride being polite, because that’s was how I was RAISED! From someone who represents front of house she was just horrible human. Yes she could see I was on a cane. Struggling a bit. Regardless of that she was down right terrible, I personally haven’t ever had a hostess behave like that. Did she announce to everyone walking in YOU HAVE A HOUR AND HALF. (Oh so what, how far you made your reservation. Wow out of all the restaurants in this city. You think you are special because you thought you would spend your special evening with friends at this restaurant!) Service was excellent. We oddly enough finished in 1 hour and 15 minutes. You know what they say bad experience you will tell everyone! RUDE!

Our server, Coria? , def botched the spelling- apologies, was absolutely amazing to my family and i. There is nothing I love more than good customer service, it really does make or change someone’s day. The food was really good as well. It was our second time eating there for new years, our new tradition, and it did not disappoint. My one concern for staff/customers: the 3 times I’ve been there the floors are very slippery.

There was something I wanted to order for dinner that was not on the menu for Christmas Eve, but is available to any other day that I wanted to have for Christmas Eve. I was disappointed that I couldn’t have what I wanted, but what I ordered was OK.

We were not impressed with the food. Three people ordered Lobster bisque and it was watery and no one ate more than a few bites. You have to pay for bread. The filet was just ok and the salmon was good but not great. The bills came and the waiter had put one persons food on another persons bill. Use to love this place but we will not be going back. Too expensive for this kind of meal and service.
