Villaggio del Vino is Tyler's modern Italian bistro. We offer a very comprehensive menu of traditional and nouveau Italian dishes with distinctive and delicious appetizers, salads and, of course, pasta entrees. We also offer a lunch menu and a Saturday brunch. Join us for our weekday happy hour, Martini Tuesday and Wine Down Wednesday.

One of our most unusual features is our wood-fired brick oven pizza, made in Italy and installed on site by skilled artisans. Cooked at 900 degrees, our homemade pizza crust is crisp, light and absolutely delicious.

We have two indoor dining areas with a hip, West Coast-style ambiance, as well as two outdoor patio dining areas. Our atmosphere will make you feel like you're far from home, even though you're right here in Tyler.

    We had Brunch/Lunch with friends after church today. The food was excellent. Service was supreme. Our server , Kayla, was the best. She was very friendly, helpful, skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive but not bothersome. We were all very impressed with her. All four of us really enjoyed our food. Three different entrees and all were excellent. We definitely will be going back. We all recommend this restaurant.

    I think my husband is cursed. The last time we went to the Villaggio was in 2019 for our anniversary. Service was slow, he asked for medium well steak which was returned multiple times. Chef even came out promising that we could come back for our next meal on him. We never went back. I came w/ mom & mother in law 2 months ago everything was fantastic except music was WAaaaaaay too loud. Convinced my husband to try again. Hostess took us right next to the live music (ugggg!) but volume was just right, much better than last time. Waite staff took exceptionally long to bring us water & alcoholic beverages. Bar was “backed up” all night, finally the manager got our 2 nd round in a timely fashion. Bread came out in reasonable time, was warm and amazing, meal took longer than usual, my salmon was amazing until I got to the middle of it (basically sushi). Husband’s steak was not cooked, and he didn’t get his fries. Waitress apologized saying there were several big tops that were backing up the kitchen/bar/ & her service. Manager was the one who had to take care of steak & fries (did bring back extra fries which was appreciated). My husband refuses to ever come back again. Guess I’ll just come w/ girlfriends or mom’s.

    We had the best service at Villaggio. Our server was a young woman wishing brunch for the first time, and she did an astonishing job. The food and drinks were yummy as usual. Thank you.

    Husbands steak was terrible - left 3/4 of it on the plate. My scampi meal was so heavy on the lemon I asp left 3/4 of it. The crab appetizer was good as was the bread appetizer. Were seated promptly at our reservation time. But once seated it took 15 min for anyone to bring us a menu. Then 20 more min just to get our drinks after we ordered them. Took roughly and hour to get our main dishes we ordered. We were seated at the weird banquet table in the middle of the restaurant which seems strange to do for a party if only two when we had a reservation. Made it slightly uncomfortable for a “date night”. Overall not a good experience

    All the pastas had WAY too much sauce for how the dishes should have been made. Service was horrific. We had a reservation and were put out on the patio on NYE because we didn’t want to sit at the community table (Tyler, TX is not the market for a community table). Had to go an as for service because we went 15 minutes with no waiter after being seated. Acoustics in the dining room were so bad everyone had to speak so loud to even hear eachother. Only redeeming quality was the drinks were very well made. I’d only come back for their happy hour and just sit in the bar area.

    One of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back! Had Lasagna and House Salad and both totally delicious! Highly recommend this Resturant

    Perfect place to take your family or a date. You can tell the food is made from scratch, everything tasted great! The waitress was attentive and manager checked on us a couple of times throughout our dinner and was very personable. The Chicken Parm might be one of my all time favorites, it’s a must. We will definitely be back!
