    Service was very good. There were good reasonable wine selections by the glass. Scallop appetizer and Brussel sprouts side were my favorite! My husband had the duck which was delicious.

    Wow, wow wow! We did the tasting menu with wine tasting menu and it was amazing! The service was so personable!! They gave me a card for my birthday, which is a really nice touch! Highly recommend this restaurant

    Caviar starter was delicious, also the seared foie Gras. The duck breast was delicious. The only disappointment was the white wines by the glass. Very limited and not very interesting. Overall I will go back.

    From the moment we arrived we were treated like valued guests. The service was excellent from all the staff. When my partner’s dish was served lukewarm it was whisked away - an interim ( delicious ) serving of soup was provided and a fresh plate was delivered. Presentation on the plates was very appealing and the dishes were flavourful. We could not manage dessert although we were presented some vegan gelato with a candle for the birthday boy. It was fresh, tasted like real fruit and was a lovely finale to an excellent dinner. We also enjoyed the "house wine" - Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Both delicious. I had the duck - perfectly cooked to my liking and a tasty base of red rice, and perhaps pancetta. my partner had the vegan dish - squash - that was also tasty. We both enjoyed the organic greens salad to start. All in all - a wonderful experience - we would highly recommend this restaurant that goes above and beyond!

    My husband and I went there on my birthday on the recommendation from a friend who goes frequently. We were not disappointed. The attention to detail and the amount of time our server spent checking on my food allergy and sensitivities was above and beyond. Thank you Isaac! My husband had the trout and I had the mussels and both were perfect. At the end, I was gifted a non-dairy sorbet which was absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back.

    Went to Valette restaurant for the first time last night and came away very pleased. My wife and I ordered with the Trust the Chef's menu, which gave us the pleasure of sampling/sharing many courses...all of which were very appetizing, including the wine pairing. All servers were very pleasant and attentive. Cost is fairly expensive, but well worth it in my honest opinion. Will definitely go back when we're in town again. Recommended
