I love Twin City Grill. I worked there in the early 2000s and have never been disappointed by the food. Our service this time, however, was sub par. Our waitress brought out our salad about 5 minutes before our food, she forgot about my husband's beer and brought it after we had all finished eating, and my son waited so long for her to check back to see if we needed anything that his fries were cold by the time he got ketchup. We will be back, because one bad experience won't ruin it, but it can make paying the bill at the end a bit frustrating when you've paid for a beer you didn't drink and food you didn't eat because it was cold.

The server was pleasant and prompt. The walleye was all breading and not much fish. Very disappointing.

Always a wonderful experience. Top notch service and a fun city vibe. It reminds me of a Chicago diner. We all loved our food , and you can’t beat the prices on Tuesday when kids eat free! By far our favorite mall restaurant!

Bad service plus bad hygiene plus petrified chicken = no thanks. First it took a really long time to get our drinks. 10-15 minutes. Then the chicken on my salad was completely overcooked to the point of being hard and petrified. Food was mid and service was poor. I could see the servers standing around chatting instead of helping people so it’s not because they didn’t have the help. Then we went in the bathroom and two of the three women stalls didn’t have toilet paper, and there was no soap! A worker was in there, and we pointed this out to her, and she just rinsed her hands and left. She did not acknowledge our comments at all or say yep I’m gonna handle it. Won’t go there again. just too many substandard things.

Decided to have an early dinner after shopping at MOA on Valentine's Day. We were greeted and seated at a booth and received water right away. Waiter offered suggestions from the menu. We received our ordered drinks and ordered our food. My husband ordered a salad which he never received. The food ordered was fine (just burger and chicken sandwich). Service was slow even though there were many employees working in the restaurant.
