It was honestly an expensive dinner and everything was just barely edible. We understand it’s busy on a Friday during a holiday season. We made a reservation to make sure we didn’t have to wait. We were looking forward to a night out. They didn’t bring us our napkins and silverware until we had to ask for them. Our server was sub par, she seemed too busy to really engage and get comfortable with us. We asked questions about the menu and she didn’t have confident answers. Maybe she is new. My husband used to be the director of operations of a global restaurant management company for 20 years, so we understood the intricacies of a busy Friday night. But we also understand what it takes to make sure the customers have a great experience from beginning to end. Once we got our food dropped off by the food runners, we never saw our server until we were done and she had very few words to say. She definitely just wanted the table turned over and was not offering dessert or anything extra. When We got our appetizer we had no napkins or forks. Then our food came and it was cold. I got the blue cheese crusted steak sandwich. It was cold, not crusted in anything let alone blue cheese. It had a smear of blue cheese on the driest stale hoagie roll. The Roll to steak ratio was way off so i eventually just ate the steak off the roll so I could actually taste it. My husband’s chicken sandwich tasted like the drive thru chicken sandwich at Wendy’s with avocado slices on it. For a $25 entree, the fries were about the only good thing. Clearly we ordered wrong. I have been here in the past but it’s been a few years. I figured it’s hard to mess up a few sandwiches for $25. After paying over $70 for our entire experience we left feeling pretty disappointed and frustrated. Probably won’t want to go here again.

Our server Taylor did a great job of letting us order at our own pace, and being super cool with refills and food delivery. It has kind of become a tradition for my family to meet up with each other here since it is at halfway point for work, home, etc. This year was even more enjoyable than last year. As we left, we were saying that we should hang out there for other times, like birthdays or anniversaries.

Ambience was great if a little loud-but it was the weekend before Christmas so that would be expected. Server was good, beef tips appetizer was really good. But the peso buck, halibut and nachos were less than stellar for the money

Entrees need to be explained better than they are in the menu but overall a good experience. Prices have really went up so definitely just a special occasion place.

Server excellent and brought a free birthday ice cream and candle for our grandson who is celebrating his 19th birthday. She was darling, attentive and made the experience so wonderful for him!

Good doesn’t seem to come out consistently hot. We’ve dined her a lot multiple times food seems like it’s been sitting under the lamp a while.

Ryanne was awesome, she took great care of us. The setup for the Breakfast with Santa was really great. Great value, Santa made his rounds to talk with all the kids. Just overall great experience!

Burger was well done and asked for medium. The crab mac n cheese balls were a total disappointment and was pretty much flavorless.
