Twigs Bistro at the Spokane Valley Mall is an inviting and comfortable restaurant offering a New American menu and an extensive list of adult beverages. You'll find a delicious selection of appetizers, salads, steaks, pasta, pizza, comfort entrees, gluten free and kids meals too. And our signature liquor tower in the bar is a sure giveaway that we know how to shake up a great cocktail, like our Signature Lemon Drop martini. We showed up half hour early hoping to share a drink before our reservation with another couple. Our table was available and offered us whichever we preferred. I requested a table and chairs ( I hate sticking to vinyl) and sure enough it was waiting. Prompt introduction, requests, and clarity on our guests, drinks, happy hour. Cocktails were prompt and delicious. Old Fashioned with clove was well spiced and smooth. The strawberry refresher is a perfect summer porch drink. Our guests arrived just in time for happy hour drinks and we were checked in on perfectly come time to order. Food was delicious. Butternut and potato gnocchi was immaculate in taste. There are few to compare with on the fries and gorgonzola drizzle. Price is fairly streamed with other establishments locally, but a far more eloquent dining experience where casual attire still is acceptable. I enjoyed my visit as did my out of town guests!

Excellent experience for my daughter’s birthday tonight! Service was great and the food was perfect as always. It’s her favorite restaurant to go to!

The food was wonderful, the ambiance was great, but what made it really special was our server, Emma!!! She was personable, super efficient & so fun!!! She has a wonderful personality!!! Thank you Emma for helping to make our night so special!!!

We were a group of 6 friends. Our table was ready & when we arrived. Our server was very friendly & efficient. Our orders were delivered quickly & everything was very good. Everyone had an enjoyable time & enjoyed their meal. Our food was tasty & we all enjoyed our time there.

Our server was very pleasant but didn’t check on us until after we finished eating and we could have used it… the calamari wasn’t as crispy and fresh as it has been previously, which was disappointing.

Honestly as soon as the waitress find out, we weren’t ordering alcoholic drinks. The level of service went down immensely. Fish and chips was good for the price. The Ruben was soggy on half the bread which made it very difficult to eat. we did the braid Tini appetizer was really really good. Tini’s half were nice and crispy and half were really soft and barely toasted.

2 yr old in the booth next to us was very disruptive for 90 minutes. We remained in our seats and still enjoyed a pizza but the atmosphere was fine after that disruptive child left.
