Established in 2011, Theo's began in St. Michaels, Maryland as a traditional steakhouse. Being in a resort town, Theo's quickly became a casual hot spot offering elevated, high-quality dining for visitors as well as a beloved favorite among locals. Heavily influenced by New Orleans, our flagship property in St. Michaels features eclectic art, moody colors, and comfortable seating in the once-historic home it resides in. Our second location in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is a well-lit vibrant space with a cozy outdoor patio nestled right downtown on Baltimore Avenue. No matter the location, you're sure to meet local town celebrities and unforgettable characters. We believe that great atmospheres are created by the people who enjoy them.

Quaint restaurant. Food was mediocre. Parmesan crusted salmon very good, cooked as ordered. Hamburger overcooked and dry. Thanksgiving dinner was disappointing - pressed turkey slices.

The food was outstanding as usual! Thank you for putting the "French Dip" back on the menu. Everyone is extremely happy about that! Staff (Audrey & Lacy) outstanding as usual! This has and will continue to be our "go to" spot for an excellent meal!!! Love Theo's Steak, Sides, & Spirits - St. Michaels!

Without a doubt an amazing place. All around great. We started with the BBQ shrimp and were not let down. Deep flavor and truly made with love, as the menu says. Our bone in ribeye steaks were so tender and buttery and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere for a cold winter night was energetic and cozy. Our server was efficient and friendly with great recommendations.

Always a delight to dine here…. From the gracious welcome from Audrey to the excellent wait service from Chance to the excellent cuisine…. It’s our go to place in St Michaels!

We celebrated New Year’s Eve in the charming private room with 3 other couples. As always, the food was delicious (Parmesan salmon, steak Roquefort, mushroom ravioli, Thanksgiving dinner and the French dip were all hits ~ as were the scrumptious cheesecake and the brownie sundae) Caroline did a masterful job of attending to our group as well as others. And, of course, Audrey is always a welcoming presence.

Happy hour half sized portion and half prices was perfect for us! Our server was superb. Every food item was delicious. We can't wait to go back. A local gem.

As always, Theo’s delivered. The salmon and steak Roquefort were perfectly cooked. Caroline went the extra mile in taking care of us.

We have eaten here several times after the St Michaels Christmas House Tour. We don’t live in the area. Always a good meal. It was even better this year as we were seated upstairs. Never been there before. Quieter than downstairs. Our service was great. Felt bad they had to walk the stairs but they never slowed down. I had the beef medallions with roquefort. Can’t wait to get it again. My wife was very pleased with the shrimp and grits.
