   La comida bueno parto tardamos 2:30 hrs en cenar. Cada plato tardaba por lo menos 40 min en llegar. Si no hubiera sido por eso diría que es buen lugar. Importante aclarar: no estaba lleno.

   El hostess estaba de muy mal humor y realmente nos hizo esperar más de una hora para darnos la mesa, aún cuando había mesas disponibles... lamentable su actitud

   Greeted promptly, politely and seated by the window, perfect the manager kept checking in politely to confirm everything was great.. Emma our server was the best server we had on this trip. Derek at Quattro was the runner up. Back to Emma and The Wildflower Restaurant at The Fairmont Chateau. Pleasant, relaxed, special restaurant. Great food, we had the chowder, beet salad, split the Main Special, "Chilean Sea Bass" and had one desert, Peanut Butter and some incredible ingredients (you need to go try it and read the menu yourself.) We will be back and we'll hope to see Emma again.

    Took over an hour and a half to get our food, then when it came, it was not good. The pasta was too al dente and the flavor of a lobster dish was very fishy. The waiter did try to make it better, but only after we asked about why it was taking so long. Not proactively letting us know or apologizing. Overall disappointing experience.
