Thank you for your interest in The Wash House Restaurant, where you will find fine Southern coastal cuisine served in a casual atmosphere. Come and enjoy our great Southern hospitality. Semi-casual attire is accepted and reservations are recommended. Our dining room is open 7 Nights a week starting at 5:00pm.

We have the perfect area for private parties and can handle a variety of groups, clubs and events. If you are in need of catering, we are your catering resource. We will come to you for parties as big or small as you like. Whether it's a camp house, bay house, church, farm, wharf or even your house, we’ll be there. Catering for all occasions. Wherever and whenever you need us, we are there for you.

A special menu was presented for New Years eve. The selections for appetizer, soup/salad, entree, and dessert were all very delicious and promptly served. The staff were courteous and attentive to our table.

Our entrees were delicious and our server, Derrick, was very attentive. The ambiance was lovely and we enjoyed our experience.

The food and service were great but our overall experience could have been much improved. The hostess who showed us to our table simply nodded toward a very small table for two stating "You will be sitting here!" while hurrying off saying "I'll bring you some bread!" The table was located in a narrow hallway area adjacent to the main dining room. Two other couples who also had reservations for 5 PM, as we did, entered the restaurant at the same time as we did, one ahead of us and one behind. Both were shown to much larger and nicer tables in the dining room which was largely empty since they had just opened for the evening. We felt like second class citizens on our first visit to the Wash House and at this point, it is doubtful that we will ever return even though our meals were outstanding and our server Derek did a great job. We are new to the area and had heard great things about the restaurant but were truly disappointed overall!

The food was excellent. It took about 10 minutes to get waited on. But the manager was excellent and so was the food. The server was good too, I just think he had too many tables.

Our dinner was excellent from start to finish! We had an excellent waitress, Mattie, who took care of every need. Our dinner was superb! We had the Red Snapper special and topped our meal off with the Key Lime Bread Pudding. Everything about The Wash House is excellent. We are never disappointed! Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful evening!

Food is consistently excellent. Always great recommendations from Jake who provides excellent service. Staff is always polite and friendly.
