El famoso hotel Sunset Tower ha tenido la primera reforma importante desde la década de 1980. El restaurante The Tower Bar cuenta con vistas de la ciudad de ambos lados del lobby. El restaurante dispone también de un llamativo lounge, bar y una zona para cenar al aire libre. Las bancas están hechas a la medida de las ventanas para poder disfrutar de una vista incomparable de la ciudad de Los Angeles. El diseño Art Deco presenta detalles de madera de nogal con incrustaciones en oro con una paleta de colores sutiles. We had gone here last year and were seated by the main bar and music and had a lot of fun. but this year they tried to seat us in a completely different restaurant even though all the tables in the main area were available. We finally got a seat right by the lobby which was terrible even though I made the reservation a month ago. There was never any explanation as to why other diners who arrived later got better seating. Won’t go back.

It was our first time there and we had a fantastic time. The service was top notch. Our server was super chill and incredibly attentive. Shout out to him with the mullet! That said, the lobster tacos were not great. The lobster itself was high quality, but the prep of the tacos was dry, lacking in flavor, moisture and sauce. Nobody wants to send lobster back like a jerk (but I really wanted to send the lobster back like a jerk lol). Wish it was a lobster roll instead. Anyway, place was gorgeous, service was FAB and I can’t wait to go back for the dinner selections. Thank you!

If you are looking for a festive setting for the holidays, I would not recommend going to the Tower Bar. Not a single plant, or decoration in sight. Very disappointed as I look forward to going to hotels at the holiday season to enjoy the festive mood created by the setting. No flower arrangements, no plants, no lights, nothing! I could have gone in January and had the same experience. I will not be going back next holiday season.

We had never been there before, so we let the hostess choose for us. We were sat in the Terrace room, and it was a little too noisy. But, the food, service, and even with the noise the atmosphere was great. The food was exceptional.

I booked a table for 4 people over a month ago for a Christmas dinner with a client, and they didn’t even seat us in the tower bar restaurant, they sat us in the terrace bar which is not what we booked. I asked if we could be seated where I actually booked and they made no effort just saying it was full, hence why I made a booking over a month ago and arrived over an hour early. We ended up eating elsewhere because of the terrible hospitality.

Historic place. Food was nothing special and waiter was over worked. They could add more options to the menu. We were ready to spend $$$ and not much food to choose from.

Food and server were pretty ok but maitre d’ decided to ruin my wife birthday. Ask more than once to chance table and he refused every time even though he had plenty of table available to accommodate us, those table never got seated. Really really disappointed
