Our location brings out the best in fresh local seafood, dry aged beef, world-class wines and waterfront views - making The Restaurant at Alderbrook a destination in itself.

The interior setting of The Restaurant at Alderbrook takes its inspiration from the outdoors with warm colors of chocolate brown and sage green representing the gardens and lawn of the resort. Floor-to-ceiling windows and multi-levels amplify views of the brilliant shore and snow-capped peaks of the Olympic Mountains.

The cuisine showcases local seafood harvested from Puget Sound and Hood Canal. After all, our shores are encrusted with oysters, our docks lined with mussels, and our sea teems with salmon.

This was our first time eating at the Alberbrook Restaurant, it was for our 9th Anniversary and we had been holding on to a gift card for over 2 years, waiting for the right time to use it. The food was absolutely fantastic! We had the tiger prawns as an appetizer and they were heavenly. All of the food was great, but we especially loved the Truffle Fries!! Yummmm! The service was fabulous. We can't recommend the Alderbrook enough if you have never been, it is truly a great experience. Thank you!

We had a great dinner. Michelle was an excellent server and the creme brulee was the best we've ever had!

Lovely & delicious eating experience The dishes we ordered were creative & well executed, including presentation. The four of us ordered things we wouldn't cook at home & were delighted with the quality of what we were served. It's a pleasure to pay a bit more for the special treats we savored.

Nice lunch. I brought a friend from out of town here. I knew I could count on Alderbrook to provide a lovely experience. And it was.

The ambiance at Alderbrook is great. Our table of four was sat at a table overlooking the grounds and Hood Canal. Could not have been better. Our server was also excellent. She did not rush us and was there when we needed something. The value of our meal was ok. I had a cup of clam chowder that was $11 and it was pretty thin, but tasted fine. Wine by the glass were reasonable. Cocktails were $17-$18 which seems more like downtown prices. Entries were on the expensive side. My pasta with Chicken was $39 and the other three entries in our party were that or more. Mandatory service charge of 20%. If you don’t mind spending $200 per couple for dinner, then it’s a good choice (glass of wine, salad or soup, entree, scoop of ice cream per person).

The pacing and quality of service was wonderful. We didn’t feel rushed and could enjoy the ambiance, views and our dinner. The food was perfectly prepared and plated. We took home remaining portions, including wine and a decadent dessert for later.
