Havd never stumbled onto this restaurant before, so this a first time visit. Was impressed with the ambiance and intimate decor. Staff was good and attentive. Food overall was solid would return

Burgers were fantastic and Veal Piccata was exceptional. Would love to see the veal option on their dinner menu! You cannot get better service than with Tanner. He truly makes you feel like you are having an amazing dinner in your personal restaurant! The Mercury is a go to for all of our special celebrations.

Had reservations for a family member birthday. Waited for 15 minutes after seating for waiter to take drink orders. No menus. Another 10 minutes before drinks arrived. Still no menus. Waiter was involved in conversation throughout evening with table of 6 next to us. Finally menus. Appetizers good. Salads ok. Entrees arrived but no one had cleared the salad course. Food was very disappointing. Service was terrible. Over $400! Husband expressed disappointment to hostess on way out and she said nothing. Have been enjoying The Mercury for many years and always a good experience. Evidentially they are declining.

Despite super busy time, all the staff was attentive to seat us and remove the used plates. Fantastic food. We may have them again next year.

Manuel our server looked after us really well even though he was very busy with the Thanksgiving rush. Great food as usual.

The Mercury is a wonderful restaurant but we won’t do Thanksgiving here again. They took 600 reservations in too short of a time. It was a crowded pushing madhouse with tables crammed in everywhere. The food was not hot and I don’t think it can be well managed. They need to cut the reservations way back or extend the hours.

Great buffet. My only critique is that the tables were so close to each other that it was hard for people and servers to get through. The guy behind us had his chair pulled out and it was impossible to get through. They either need to take away chairs or not sit people so close together. The back dining looked much better.

I’ve enjoyed dining here in the past and the experience has always been enjoyable. On this visit, however, the service was terrible. My cocktail was filled to the rim of the glass, and the waiter spilled part of it when he set it on the table. We had to wait an extremely long time for our meal and then for our check to arrive. The room we were in was extraordinarily noisy due to several large party groups in the same room and you could barely hear yourself think. The dining experience at the Mercury has definitely dropped since my last visit.
