   The overall experience was good. Two unpleasant situations happened with us. One was that the hostess called my name and escorted my wife and I to a table and then she apologized saying that was not the table when we were about to take a seat. Then she took us to another table and when we arrived there, the table was full of empty used dishes and there was a coat on one of the chairs. So she apologized again and had us walking to the other side of the restaurant when we finally were told that third table was the one reserved for us. The second unpleasant thing was that my wife ordered a glass of wine and I ordered a simple beer. My wife’s glass of wine arrived in around 5 min. I waited for over half an hour for my beer and since it never came, we finally asked the waitress about it and she felt lost, gave us a simple excuse and it took her at least another 5 minutes to finally bring the beer. By the time she arrive with the beer our main dishes had already arrived and we were already starting to eat….I honestly don’t believe she did it on purpose, I just think that she could have apologized and done anything to make up for the almost 40 minutes of wait for a beer, even if it was just an honest apology explaining that she forgot about the beer. To be fair with her she was taking good care of us, and she was even kind enough to refill my glass of water in the first 10 min or so. It just bothered me that instead of saying “hey I’m sorry, my bad…” she came up with an excuse about them changing something with the beers…it was so obviously not true because it took over 30 minutes for US to call her out and in those 30 minutes she never came to say “hey, your beer will take a while because we have a little problem with this and that…”. My point is, please don’t have staff make up excuses for their mistakes, it’s ok to say sorry and fix the issue. It was my wife’s birthday and our first time at The Keg, we were expecting a little more, but the overall experience was good.

   First time at this location. Last minute date night and it was great! Food always on point,our server Lucas was a gem. Thank Keg again

   We had a group of 12 for a birthday party and the service was great! I contacted them beforehand and asked if we could do separate bills as it is very difficult to manage such a large group with one bill and they had no problem doing it for us. I had also asked them ahead of time to split the birthday girls’ bill onto our individual ones so we could all pitch in a bit and she could have a meal on us for her birthday and they did that for us too. It was perfect, the server was lovely and really friendly. One of us left our phone behind and they called me right away to notify me so the guest could come back and grab it before we were out of the neighbourhood. Awesome experience! Thank you so much!

   Great food and service as always. Decoy cab is one of the best deals on the wine list at $68

   Always a great experience at this location and the food consistently great. Service was a bit slow but our server “Tre” was excellent, attentive and patient. We’ll be back again soon.

   I was celebrating my nephew’s birthday and the dinner was amazing. Mark was our waiter and he did an outstanding job. At the end of the meal he took our photos which was so nice. Great place to celebrate any occasion. The Billy Minor pie is delicious!

    Came here for a graduation celebration and Lauren made it extra special as she is simply amazing from start to end. Foods have always been great! Tuna Tartar is my all time favourite and my partner tried it for the first time and already made it as his favourite as well. We got the T-bone and rib steaks for the mains and we’re feasting like royalty. They were very good. And of course, we received a Billy miner pie from Lauren to celebrate my partner’s graduation and that was just a great way to end it. Thanks again to Lauren and Sabrina. Ive always love the ambiance of this location.
