                                                                                                Our favorite place for an intimate dining experience. We tend to book on evenings that are not busy so we get the best of service and ambiance. The food has never disappointed. Thanks again to the staff for a thoroughly enjoyable time.

                                                                                                Wonderful meal. Our server DJ was excellent. He was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Great way to celebrate my 55th Birthday.

                                                                                                We were celebrating a special occasion. The food took a bit longer than expected. Without complaining, the management team came by to our table to inform us that our order had been misplaced. They comped everything for us including drinks and dessert. It was a nice gesture that they really didn't need to do. We made sure we tipped our server quite lucratively. Thank you to the Keg. We will be back to make sure we pay for a full meal.

                                                                                                We have been dining at The Keg for over 20yrs and this Keg was a disappointment. I ordered the steak and lobster as I usually do well done. Husband had Filet Keg Classic as he usually does medium. We were still eating our appetizers ,escargot and wedge lettuce when the main dishes came out. Bread was also not delivered until mains were on table and the server asked where we wanted mains. I felt like saying back in kitchen until we are finished with apps. We rearranged table for her to sit down meals. I started to eat and discovered my lobster did not come out. We asked someone to get our server as lobster missing. The manager came to the table but by this time I discovered my steak was not well done. He was going to take my steak back and get a lobster for me but we were half way through the meal so I told him to forget it. We had told them online when I made reservation that it was our anniversary and they repeated that when we were seated bu5 did not offer us anything special although when the cheque came,my dinner and my drink were taken off the bill but wasn’t really a good experience and would not recommend this particular Keg. We did mention to the manager that we go to the Hamilton several times a year so we know this is not the case there.
