                                                                                                The food was amazing! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the noise. In some point even the server couldn’t heard us. But overall was good. Only 2 thing on the food we didn’t like. The rice on my plate (filet mignon) was dry and not good at all. And the second juice (lemonade ) my husband ordered (they were out of stock of pineapple juice), he said was bad too. I wanted to give special feedback to our server who was over the top! She was super friendly, good service and so kind, and was so attentive :)

                                                                                                We came to celebrate our anniversary and decided to bring our teenagers, who have never been. They ordered the burger and fries. I had the lobster tails and my husband had the Kansas striploin with twice baked potato. We started with onuon rings and the mushroom dip. All the food was fantastic with the exception of my husbands twice baked potato.it arrived a little burned on top and was quite dry. He used the sauce that came with the steak to try and liven up the dry potato. Our server was Ben who was fabulous!!

                                                                                                We had a large group of 9. Service was amazing! Food was amazing! They got us in took our orders and had us full, happy and out the door in less than 2 hours. Great job on such a busy night.

                                                                                                Screaming kids running around with no parental supervision, knocking over things, running into customers. It was so loud I could barely hear the person next to me.

                                                                                                The noise level was extremely high due to a table of ten or twelve very unruly people. I could not hear the waitress and I'm sure she didn't hear me either. My wife and I could not carry on a conversation, and I know several other people in nearby booths were having the same experience. Management could have taken the pains to ask the noisy folks to quiet down some to the benefit of all surrounding customers, but they did "NOTHING". My order came up incorrectly, I ordered filet mignon and rec'd a small sirloin steak instead, done rare when I had ordered well done. My wife's order was ok. The noise level was such, and we knew it was pointless to approach the waitress about it, so we ate quickly, paid the bill and left. One of the most disappointing evenings in my life I'm sorry to say. My wife and I only get to the Keg two or three times per year and always plan the visits ahead of time. We have never had such a bad experience before and will be thinking twice before ever planning another night out at the Keg, there are too many options available. All good things eventually turn bad and sadly the keg appears to be no different from anything else. Customers rule, retailers number one rule.
