                                                                                                This is a review for The Keg restaurant in Kelowna, where I made reservations for myself and my brother after he had eye surgery. We arrived, were seated in the bar area, and ordered appetizers as our meal. After waiting over an hour for our food, I had to call Brandon Wilkinson, the manager, over to the table to address the delay. He apologized and promised that he would take care of it regarding a discount on the food. However, when the bill came, there was no discount not even a small gesture to make up for the poor service. The waitress was inattentive from the start, and it felt like we were being judged based on our appearance. My brother was wearing an eye patch from his surgery, and we were treated differently, clearly not receiving the same level of service as other guests. This experience was a complete failure, and its clear that The Keg in Kelowna doesn't care about its customers. A broken promise and poor service are unacceptable. We won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

                                                                                                Amazing! Starting with drinks, appetizers, main and finishing with of course the Billy miner pie. Top notch loved every single sip & bite! Our service was excellent also! We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Can’t wait till our next visit!

                                                                                                Always consistent. If youve been to one Keg, you know what you’ll get. 2 out of 3 steaks were amazing. One had a lot of gristle, we should have sent it back but we did not. Still enjoyed our dinner.

                                                                                                We enjoyed our time celebrating my wife’s birthday. Just the two of us. The waiter was most pleasant, patient and helpful. A perfect night out!

                                                                                                We got gift cards for Christmas to go. My husband and I can’t remember the last time we went to the keg- well over 6 years ago. The food was just as good as I remembered. Service was awesome! Will definitely go back next time we are in Kelowna.

                                                                                                Had table near the kitchen, tended to be noisy and very busy, had an unfortunate spill in my lap by a server, but was comped several items to compensate. It was holiday weekend, and very busy, but overall food and service was pretty good!
