The place is dated and can use a serious upgrade. $62 for 8oz sirloin & lobster tail which the steak was a little overcooked & under seasoned. Asked for medium, more like medium well. The butter for the lobster was very salty. As for the service, waitress did the bare minimum. Took order, brought food, checked up on us once but yet they expect minimum 20%. Didn’t ask if we wanted another drink or refill the water glasses. The one good thing is currently, there is no tax on food so it saved us $26

                                                                                                This is my favourite restaurant, my now finance and I frequent there pretty often! The service is always amazing and we never leave disappointed. But today we both had the pleasure to be served by Justin, who has gone above and beyond and delivered outstanding service on a busy NYE night. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent customer service!

                                                                                                All parties arriving after us were seated before us due to staff becoming confused. Although reservation was confirmed when we checked in. They were very sorry. Seated by the kitchen. Staff appeared unprofessional and unkempt. Ordered was confirmed several times but the wrong order arrived. Bread was one commercial Ciabetta bun cut in 4. Plating was family style. Mash potatoes had a glue like texture at 4:30pm! Vegetables were a few green beans, brown mushrooms and ? canned beets scattered on the plate. Unidentified service staff, "so sorry, they seated everyone at the same time". Ambience: Quietish, dark (could not see what was eating). Very casual. Cleaning out the garage dress code. Cost 120 dollars. Tip lowest amount 18%. Overall improvement required in Food and Service before expecting 18% tip.

                                                                                                Food was great my wife had the prime rib with bake potato also escargot for appetizer. I had escargot for my appetizer followed by a lobster dinner. Our server(Claudine) was fabulous never had to wait for anything great personality. Will go back every week or two with food and service like that.
