                                                                                                Dinner was super tasty and we didn’t feel rushed. It was certainly a very busy evening with lots of ambient noise, but our table was able to talk and hear each other and enjoy a tasty meal. Eggnog was an added perk.

                                                                                                This location was recommended, by our Hotel staff nearby, we are very grateful for the tip. We enjoyed every moment, the Hostess was very kind, and welcoming. Our table was not ready when we arrived for our reservation, but, it was on us, as we had just learned that an old friend was available to join us at the last minute, so we went to the bar area and ordered drinks.

                                                                                                The food was good service was not arrived early and was sat after our reservation time and was there to celebrate our anniversary but it was not recognized and we were sat right next to a large group.

                                                                                                We made reservations ahead of time, upon arriving to the restaurant we were taken to a small back room that somehow had 5 tables in it. I felt like I could elbow the table next to me at any moment. The server took 10 minutes before he came over, and never introduced himself. My drink was then made incorrectly, we had to ask for our bread, upon our food being dropped off we were never checked on, and had to call our server over just to get our bill (because our plates had sat empty and stacked in front of us for almost 15 minutes). We have always enjoyed our Keg experience at other locations, however, I would think twice before going to this location.

                                                                                                Visited The Keg, excited to try their famous prime rib, but left disappointed. While the service was great, the prime rib lacked any flavor even with the au jus, portion size was inconsistent among the group, and the Caesar salad was bland. Now I see why the waiter suggested the wedge salad. Ironically, the highlight of my meal was the cocktail and the twice baked potato!

                                                                                                We went with two friends who were meeting us as we had a layover at the airport. Other than our server the staff were great. Our server took our drink order then left us alone. He was friendly at first and we thought he was being nice and leaving us to chat for a bit. But after 50 minutes we were hungry and he was not around. So we asked another server (who was extremely pleasant) to take our meal order. He said he would and would also let our server know. Well boy did we get the cold shoulder treatment from our server. He would not smile or even converse unless it was to ask if there was anything else we needed. Everyone at our table sensed he was upset with us. We let it go as we were having a nice time regardless. Our food was excellent as the Keg always is, so no issues there.
