The server was fantastic. But there is a huge however. The hostesses at the front were a huge issue. We booked a table over a week in advance and made it clear at that time that we needed a table with wheelchair access. We even called 90 minutes beforehand to make sure they still knew that we needed this arrangement. We arrived 5 minutes early and we're told our table will be ready in 5 minutes. After enquiring 2 more times we were not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. While waiting that 30 minutes, scores of other people showed up after us and went straight to their tables. When we finally seated, we were seated in a high traffic area for the servers. I took up the delay with the manager and he was helpful in dealing with part of the bill. But overall not a great experience. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because of the server and food. If you are disabled, I would avoid this Keg.

The keg was very busy. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Good server but we are not wowed by the Keg. Very over rated. The particular venue seems very good at keeping things moving. We only went because we had gift cards. They never seem to get the meat cooked properly. Guess we'll have 2 go back sometime because we still have some funds left on the card.

Food was good except I was disappointed in the cauliflower appetizer. They have changed it up and it was a little too spicy for my taste so I couldn’t enjoy it. While the service was good, it felt a little rushed. While our server was polite, she wasn’t as warm as other servers we have had in the past.

No Filet Mignon which is all I eat, substitute was adequate but unfortunately did not enjoy it, half was under cooked, and meat was chewy, if I would have known no Filet, I would have cancelled my reservation. I don't eat steak, but treat myself to the FM once in a blue moon. Can't believe you don't have pagers and people have to strain to hear their name being called, and you didn't have enough machines for people to cash out, so hostess wasted a lot of time in providing good service to her tables as she was running around trying to find a machine so people could pay. 2nd time in the past month, that sadly wasn't impressed with the service. Last time was retirement dinner and had to get the manager as no one acknowledged us at our table and husband was ready to walk out, after getting a host, the service and food that time were great, but xmas eve, sorry left me extremely disappointed in my food and the amount of food on my plate. Even the amount of garlic mashed potatoes was minimal.

The keg has gotten very expensive for what you get. I ordered the Classic 6 oz sirloin. The Caesar salad has gotten very small. When I got my steak it was quite undercooked (and much smaller than in the last as well), no mushrooms came with my meal, which are supposed to be included. I had to send the steak back. So my husband was finished eating way before I was. I’m not a complainer but when I’m spending $46 on a steak dinner, I would expect the cooks to know how to cook a steak. Very disappointed. We’ve been big fans of the Keg for 40 years. Not sure we’ll be back again. Way too expensive for a mediocre meal.

Wasn't perfect for Christmas but they did the best they can. I won't go back next year but I'll go back.

Excellent experience at the Keg on Christmas Eve! Friendly server that did a great job given how busy the restaurant was. Asked us about timing for appetizers and salads, got 3-cheese butter on request and gave us a free dessert. Food was delicious and didn’t have to wait long at all. But didn’t feel rushed either. This is a tradition for us and we were discussing if we should try another restaurant next year for a change. But we all agreed; we will be back at the Keg!

Our waiter was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and personal and catered to our allergies. We couldn’t ask for better service. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Was a very busy night but we had a booth which made it feel more private. We will definitely return.

Great ambiance, food, and service. Our server, Saska was very hospitable and attentive despite the restaurant being quite full and busy given the holidays. Steaks were perfectly cooked and flavourful. Would definitely recommend, and return to this location. Keep up the great work you're doing.
