Set on the corner of King William Walk overlooking the beautiful grasslands of Greenwich Park, this all-embracing venue includes a bar and quaint function room ideal for parties and celebrations. The atmosphere swings from lively and merry to relaxed and mellow, due to the distinctive character offered by each of the tavern's two floors.

Lovely meal, okay prices for London. Was a tad confused if it was table service or order at the bar.

Lovely roast dinner in a nice restaurant. We celebrated my friend’s birthday after completing the London Vitality 10k and it was a perfect spot to then explore Greenwich Park after. The staff were extremely accommodating and jazzed up a birthday cake I provided for my friend (it got a bit squashed in transit). The staff really did go the extra mile and the food was lovely. Thank you 😊

Food is overpriced for what it was. Small portions and not tasty enough to warrant the price. Next to no atmosphere but we were there early and the service was meh. The only redeeming feature was the location and that it’s dog friendly. Other than that there are far better places so I wouldn’t bother again.

Small plates all quite bland and underseasoned whilst not being cheap. At lunch time there was no moretti beer, fishcakes or salad available! Order was taken incorrectly so one persons main didn't come at the same time as others. Was offered a complimentary drink for this error. Servers were nice but seemed overwhelmed for not many diners. I'd go again for drinks as it's a nice location but not for the food

Always been one of our favourites in Greenwich but feel very disappointed this time. Expensive to eat for family of 6, service was poor and food was average at best.

Lovely food but it’s so expensive a trip to the Greenwich Tavern is only an occasional treat. They weren’t busy but service was still slow. Sausage and mash is the best I’ve had though so I’ll be back!

This was rather disappointing, I have to say. Having read the reviews I was expecting excellent food and service and regrettably that was not the case- very mediocre Sunday roast; we had to remind the waitress 3 times to bring us water, which did not materialise , so in the end approached their front of us who brought us water immediately. I had a large glass of Pino Grigio which was not particularly good quality but cost £10.50. Considering the prices (expensive for a pub food), it was not worth the visit. Not coming back, I’m afraid. And they charged about a 15% service charge automatically, which we paid, but really the service was not good.

Staff were not very attentive, food was ok, toilets were Absolutley disgusting!
