Este pub, ubicado frente a Brockwell Park, es una de las grandes perlas del centro de Herne Hill. En la parte delantera, solo para adultos, alberga un espacio grande, luminoso y amplio alrededor de la barra central en forma de isla. En la parte trasera hay un gran jardín entarimado con zonas familiares y una sala de juegos para los niños. El establecimiento sirve comida de pub tradicional con un enfoque moderno. Su colección de cervezas embotelladas y de barril es más un reflejo de calidad que de publicidad. Además, ofrece una amplia selección cambiante de cervezas, incluyendo las que elabora el establecimiento en su propia pequeña cervecería. Apto para perros, apto para citas nocturnas, apto para celebraciones con comida y bebida después, apto para llevar a sus colegas cuando vienen a visitarle. Lo ha pillado: somos bastante aptos.

    The Florence is a home from home pub - great ambience, delicious food and excellent service, particularly given the number of people they’re looking after. Everyone very welcome - children and dogs too👏😊

    First visit for us and really enjoyed the experience. Super dog friendly. Tables not over cramped. Food excellent, service attentive and warm. Overall we’ll definitely go back.

    Delicious food, great service. Lovely decor inside and a good sized secure outdoor garden. Plenty of tables inside and out. Definitely recommend going here. Dogs welcome too.

    Excellent food. Excellent service. Couldn't fault them. Got a little bit noisy in the evening but other than that. Lovely place.

    Every time I’ve been to The Florence, it’s always been great. The roast was wonderful, kids were more than happy with the burgers and the service was great too. We have a dog and the pub is really dog friendly, so an all round winner! We’ll be back!

    Booked at short notice and had prompt response. Very accommodating with two guests with mobility issues. Delightful staff - very helpful and attentive during service. Delicious lunch, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we look forward to returning to try the roast.
