Great meal out, staff were attentive and welcoming. I had a problem with one part of my food, but it definitely didn’t spoil it for me. The kids loved the play area and their food was equally as good.

Great experience, food was absolutely delicious, service was brilliant, staff were lovely they were very armttentive, and the added bonus of the play area, would definitely recommend the captain Digby

Just always a good idea! Booked for last minute family birthday celebration. Kids love playing in the play area Food is always huge portions and filling and great value for money. Staff always fun and attentive. Just always solid place to go! Thank you x

Booked for a table of six and given a table with five chairs not offered a high chair, took over 30 mins for someone to come and take our order, food was good when we finally got it nearly an hour later!! Missing bits of two meals one was sorted and the other they need to reword there menu as allergens menu is incorrect saying gluten free salad with walnuts then turns up with no walnuts to be told they are not gluten free? Then had to ask twice for the dessert menu and had to go to the bar to pay the bill, although staff were friendly the service was absolutely shocking and they had no awareness of what was going on and showed no interest.

Everything about going to Captain Digby’s with a family and friends and their family is great. It’s our go-to for the catch up with friends who also have kids and that usually makes eating out quite difficult…but not a CD’s! Their staff are super welcoming and accommodating, their tables are spacious and not too cluttered with things kids like to fling around, the kids menus are super easy to navigate and the soft play is a total game changer. I had the steak today and it was ‘melt in your mouth’ good. We were able to hold conversation with our friends, service was prompt and on point and we didn’t feel like we were in the way one bit. Thanks Captain Dignys’s for yet another super catch up lunch with friends after a walk along Bontany Bay.
