Sam was our server, and she was fantastic! My wife and I have been to the Bend BrickHouse 3 times now and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. This time, we both commented on how truly attentive the “house manager” was: has stopped by our table every meal to check in on dining experience, is always scanning the room to see that everything is running smoothly, and is genuinely pleasant!

Brickhouse offers exceptional service and an unforgettable dining experience. Their seafood platter is truly outstanding—the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve enjoyed seafood at numerous restaurants across the U.S. This one stands out above the rest. The staff strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. The manager was particularly impressive—humble, approachable, and committed to ensuring a great experience. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband was happy with his steak, promptly addressing and correcting anything that fell short. Kudos to Brickhouse for delivering such an incredible meal and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Food and service were excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection. This is not a restaurant, however to have a normal level of conversation. However, we will still go back definitely because of the quality of the food and service.

From the greeting to the goodbye everything was very good. Waitstaff was knowledgeable and helpful. My meal was perfectly prepared and delicious.

It's always a treat dining at The Brickhouse in Bend! Steaks were perfect, ambiance is very nice, and our server was fantastic!
