   The service was lacking. Food was plentiful for everyone except our table. We sat in the front of the restaurant and the skewers never came up front. I had to ask the host for every single piece of meat that came to our table. Our waiter didn’t help at all with the meat service. We did ask him multiple times and no meat came to our table. He also never came and cleaned our dirty plates away or bring clean ones to our table. He never checked for refills on our drinks either. What meat we did get tasted great. This definitely was not the same experience we’ve had in the past. We really liked this place, so I hope this isn’t the new norm. Feeling very disappointed with this experience. I paid a lot of $$ for our large group and we definitely didn’t feel it was worth it.

   Waiter was great. But we barely got the food. We had to keep asking because where we were seated

   As always, everything was amazing! The lobster bisque is so good and creamy. The meat is always hot and perfectly seasoned. Ask if Rich is working and sit in his section, he’s so attentive and friendly!

   Our waitress was one we had in the past and truly enjoy her every time ….. only complaint is the gauchos need to be more attentive of requests

   Everything was fantastic. Brought a wide variety of different meats. The salad bar had lots of options and everything I had was fresh. We went on a Tuesday so the restaurant was not packed full of people. Highly recommend!

    They need to have the gauchos be more attentive if they are using the turn cards. When we first got there, we were seated close to the kitchen …. Proceeded to the salad bar and even though our cards were red, we were kept being asked about meats …. Once we were ready for meats and turned the cards over, it seemed no one was coming over. We did get the attention of one of the gauchos and he then made sure we were taken care of
