The food prices, including the meats, salad bar items and desserts were excellent. Everything was top quality and delicious. We purchased still water which was a little pricey. Our waiter, Trent, was very accomodating as were the other servers. Highly recommend Texas de Brazil for special occasions.

Had not been since COVID. The salad bar was very meager. Good food, just a a much smaller selection of items. They are evidently rationing the main course. My card stayed green, yet I only got three (3) small medallions of meat. I did ask our server to send someone with a sword of food twice. Nothing showed up. I'll never pay that much again for no meat....

What a difference two years make! I brought family two years ago (2022) and the food and service was a very disappointing experience from previous visits. This 2024 holiday season I decided to try again...GREAT decision!!! My family had an EXCELLENT experience. The salad bar was fresh and plentiful! The meats were prepared to perfection with many selections! The service was excellent, personable, professional, and very attentive to our 8-party needs. Texas de Brazil is back at the top of my group dining experience list for Huntsville. Highly recommended! And thank you to the management and serving team that made it an EXCELLENT experience.

Food was good. Nothing like good meat fresh grilled. Nice salad bar to round p ut the meal. Only complain, the floors are seriously slick. Maybe residual soap? A finish wash with vinegar would help. And of course the beer and dessert are over priced. The roo. Was at a comfortable temperature, noisy; unable to hear person next to you. I would appreciate warnings on the salad bar as to what has gluten or dairy.

Our table was between the bar and the food bar ice, and another table beside us had the same experience most of the meat coming around was empty before it got to us so we did not get to try all of the meat

Very slow brining meats out. Did not get moneys worth. Bought carrot cake and asked for w container to put the rest of it in (only carrot cake-no other food) just to be told no at first and then the manager was rude. Go to Connors steak house . Better overall atmosphere there.

I have to admit to a certain credulity when friends told us how much they liked Texas de Brazil. But my wife and I finally ate there today and we were blown away. We've decided, perhaps a bit rashly, to sell our possessions and take up the gaucho way of life. Unfortunately, that means we will not be able to afford to eat at TdB any more, but that doesn't mean you can't! Highly recommended.
