We had a fantastic experience at Terry’s Terrace! The service was absolutely wonderful—our server went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend Terry’s Terrace for a great dining experience!

When we arrived our table was ready, we were seated immediately. The server was very attentive to our needs. The food was very tasty and well worth the money we spent.

Was happy to see it was still decorated nicely! First came in the lady that was standing behind the hostess stand was extremely rude in the blue shirt with dark hair. I started to tell her my name and our reservation and she said with an attitude “ he will help you in a minute”. Honestly wanted to walk right out. I’m sorry most people behind the stand are hostesses… how am I supposed to know you’re not or too busy apparently. Could have kindly said the host will be right back to help you or Anything really. Didn’t even make eye contact. Server was very nice and good. Food was good tasting but took very long to get! Also me and my friend both ordered the chicken fajitas that were $24 and was all green pepper and onion, barely any chicken at all. Pretty much veggie fajitas. Very disappointing. Side note I also saw you selling Barefoot wine for $39 a bottle, which I think is an absolutely crazy mark up. I totally get your in the business to make money, but a 800% markup is just insane and taking advantage of your customers. I don’t know anyone in their right mind that would pay $39 for a bottle that is retailed from $5-8.

hate leaving a bad review because I’ve been here before and the service was wonderful. However, was here recently and the waitress struggled to handle our party. Food came out sporadically and cups were left unfilled. Not even refills on water, even after we asked. When questioned about where missing items were she said “I’m only one person be patient” Mind you there were other wait staff in the restaurant so we were confused what that meant. We called the manager over, but he supported her and said “everyone is doing all they can here at Terrys we are just busy” Oddly there were empty tables and food elsewhere was coming out timely. The manager did get us refills though, spilling coke on the table and on one of the party. He did say whoops… that was all. No discount was ever offered. The only thing he took off was an item that NEVER came out. Terrible service and an awful management team apparently. The bill should have been adjusted dramatically, especially given their semi inflated prices. Too bad, but I hear Terrys was sold recently. If this is what one can expect I’d say beware going forward! The food we did get was good though, so the issue is not the cook. Manager and some waitstaff appear to be the main issue.

Haven’t been to Terry’s Terrace for along time, because of mediocre food and service. This trip was a surprise, the waitress Brandi was excellent, bourbon salmon was tasty and very good.

Christmas decorations were fantastic! Burger was dry and tasteless. Fries were great. Christmas moose drink was good, but small for $15 price. Service was great by our waitress. Prices were higher than most restaurants.

Everything during our dining experience was top notch. Our waitress was exceptional. The food was served hot and very tasty. First experience was well enjoyed. The decorations for the holidays made our Christmas Eve dinner a true celebration. We will return soon.
