Excelente servicio por parte de nuestro mesero. Asimismo la comida estuvo excelente y muy sabrosa. Mi única recomendación sería tener mas opciones y mas variedad en su menú.

The meal, service and pre-dinner cocktail experience were all shockingly average and the cost was unnecessarily high. And then I got a long and mostly incorrect explanation for why the chicken thigh was NOT undercooked…. It’s either cooked correctly or it’s not, and you only need look at it to decide which—and the “chef” was much more interested in explaining the cooking process than looking at the result or fixing it. Overall not worth the trip or trouble.

For a Four Seasons, I was VERY disappointed. We were staying at the hotel and had three meals there- a breakfast , a dinner and the Thanksgiving dinner. My husband got sick on the breakfast sausage. It was greasy and cold. His oatmeal was the consistency of soup. The other dinners just were not that tasty. With all three meals, the service was poor!! The servers walked around not knowing which table their order went to. Customers were waving their arms trying to get their attention that that the servers walked around had their order. It was almost comical! Three times we were brought the wrong order! Come on Four Seasons!!! You need to work on this!

Very expensive for a Thanksgiving dinner of Turkey, mashed potatoes and green beans. Cranberry ‘sauce’ was like soup. Drinks are outrageously priced. Service was good. Ambiance is nice. I wouldn’t go back for a holiday, but I would for an everyday meal.

Our waiter, Sheridan, was amazing!!! The food was off the chart fantastic. What a wonderful Thanksgiving experience!

Love the Sophisticated atmosphere, the Thanksgiving menu perfect, our cocktails were "Devine" and large, the wait service was immediate, plus we met a lovely couple.The valet service was courteous and prompt and kind. A perfect Thanksgiving.

Small to medium size restaurant with views art work and good food. Very pleasant staff with great attitudes. A must go if at the 4 seasons and a nice place off the beaten paths if living in or visiting Santa Fe area

I was disappointed with my dining experience today, which surprised me given my prior experience there. Here's the problem - I made the reservation for the dining room on openTable 2-3 weeks ago. When we got there we were shown to a 4 top table in the bar. When I went back to the hostess to ask why we weren't being seated in the dining room (there was only one table seated in the dining room when we got there), the hostess said we couldn't be seated there because they didn't have the staff to staff the dining room. I should mention all wait staff were in the bar area at the time, and there were 2 patrons at the bar. So..... why was I able to reserve dining room seating only to be denied that when we arrived? Our dining companions said bar was okay, but then the noise from the bar patrons became an issue and we struggled to hear each other. The waiter was kind enough to offer us dining room seating after he had witnessed me approach the hostess and our party of 4 debate whether this was going to work for us. We took him up on the offer and were re-seated in the dining room right by the fireplace with a view of the mountains out the window - exactly the ambiance we were looking for and expecting. To be perfectly frank, it struck me as a blatant bait and switch to make the staff's jobs easier by herding all the customers into the smaller bar space where the staff were more comfortable hanging out. Not cool, and certainly not what I would expect from a Four Seasons property. To be clear, the bar ambiance and the dining room ambiance are quite different as you'd expect they would be - not the same experience. I was just really disappointed - Terra had become a go-to restaurant we brought friends and family to when we wanted to show them fine dining in Santa Fe. I have no idea if this happening was management supported, or something that was implemented by the staff to make the afternoon flow easier. If management supported, just another level of disappointment.
