   Everything was good. The kitchen was backed up due to multiple parties per our waitress, so the wait time to get our food was 30 minutes to get our appetizer and 30 minutes to get our main course. The live music made the wait not feel as long.

   Overall customer service experience could have been better. There was a miscommunication regarding pricing (on the restaurants end)- my family got the bill and was overcharged for the entertainment provided. The manager on duty was “too busy” to speak to me according to my server and when I finally had the chance to speak to her, she basically told me that she wouldn’t make any adjustments despite admitting that the overcharge was their fault. Finally after a while, she agreed to take off 10% (which was equivalent to what I was asking to be adjusted). This issue could have been resolved without blaming the patron after an admission of fault. We enjoyed the food. Entertainment was great. Server was great. Host and manager on duty need retraining.

   Could not have been a better evening. The service from the time we arrived was flawless. The food was great. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat.

   I have always had great experiences here. But this time everything was different . Food was very poor quality and not good at all . They couldn’t make a simple Mojito . Service was very slow . It was way too loud . I won’t be coming back anymore . This used to be one of my favorite places, but it has definitely went downhill.

   Bringing an old college friend to eat at my favorite restaurant downtown was such a vibe!! She loved the vibe, the food and drinks, the live music - everything!!! She says she’ll be back and of course I’ll be back again and again.

   The food was delicious. I had the fried chicken and my husband had the salmon. We enjoyed both. The we also enjoyed the live band. The service was impeccable.

   We were very disappointed in our dining experience and do not plan to go back. We had reservations for 6:00 and upon arrival we were told there would be a band that started at 7:00 and there would be a $10 pp charge if we dined at that time. We were excited that there would be entertainment and agreed to pay the charge. Our server could not be in more of a hurry to rush us. He was attentive when we sat down and immediately took our drink order. He then hovered over us to order. We agreed to order an appetizer but then we were told the bacon wrapped shrimp were unavailable for the evening. So we put in another order for fried green tomatoes. We asked for the side but were served the southern sampler platter (we did not like anything else on the plate). We were rushed to put in our dinner order- even though we did not even have our cocktails yet. We ordered the fried chicken - both of our sides were cold and the collard greens were all stems. We took two bites and asked for the check. Very disappointed.

    Turned up for reservation, advised about 2 hour table limit that started on sitting down and then told about the additional $10 per person charge for the in house band. Taken to table and then completely ignored for the next 15 minutes of our 2hr limit, no water, no drinks no nothing so we got up and walked out
