Jessica was an outstanding server. We exchanged several Dad jokes and gifted her with a jar of peach salsa. Each dish was delicious and the wine list was excellent. We chose a Tablas Creek GSM and had a short, but lively conversation with a manager about California wines. We drove from Arvada to dine here. I encourage locals to check this place out. An exquisite gem!

I ordered the filet, well done, but not charred! My filet came out, burnt and crispy on the outside, but rare inside! I thought it was my husbands, bc he orders his that way. Nope! So we let our server know, who was friendly, that my steak was rare inside. She took my plate back, and a MOD returned quickly with the same steak.. this time literally Black outside and burned inside as well. I couldn’t cut into the steak. He returned to our table, I sent it back. He actually got in my face, said Nothing was wrong with it, that it was perfectly edible! He proceeded to argue with us.. in front of our daughter! He was aggressive in every tone.. every manner. We will obviously Never return.. and cannot and will not recommend this poor dining establishment!

Emily. First of all, thank you for dining with us. We are so sorry your well done Filet Mignon was not to your liking. We try always to accommodate people's preferences and are very sorry we did not succeed for you. Though we were happy to remove the item from your bill, we would rather your meal had been exemplary. We take customer service very seriously and our not sure how our efforts to refire your steak and to offer you another meal were interpreted as aggressive. We apologize for anything we may have said that would lead you to feel that way. It is absolutely never our intent to make a guest uncomfortable. This was our first time eating at Sugarbeet and it was a divine experience! Somehow we've lived here seven years and never went and I'm so glad we finally did! It was my birthday dinner and we enjoyed every morsel of food (oysters, potato croquettes, sea bass) and the most delicious Prosecco we've ever had. 🥂 We will definitely be back! ❤️

Excellent food. We had the risotto with duck confi and the hanger steak which , although asked for medium rare as medium. Delicious blueberry cocktail. This restaurant is similar to 24 Carrot in Erie although a lot noisier.

Just a fun, relaxing date with wonderful tasting food. Loved the fried brussel sprouts and the steak was perfect. Great service all around. Thank you as always sugar beet.

This is one of the best restsurants in Colorado. Keenly supervised by Owner/Chef and a very disciplined attentive staff. Food exceptional.
