The Oaks Restaurant and Tavern at the Sugar Hill Inn is a romantic getaway known for culinary adventure. Chef Val Fortin provides a selection of traditional fine dining options with carefully crafted seasonal menus along with nightly amuse bouche and entree specials. With an intimate dining room, the combination of great food, wine and conversation make dining with us a unique and lovely experience. For special occasions, the coursed menu offers a well balanced symphony of flavors and leads guests through a leisurely, romantic and artistic culinary experience. Great wines and a full bar selection enhances the experience. The Sugar Hill Inn has received the Distinguished Restaurants of North America (DiRoNA) award, Best of New Hampshire 2015, Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2009-2018, Member of the Select Registry, 2013 Yankee Magazine Editors' Choice and featured in "Everyday with Rachel Ray."

Wonderful food. Small dining area, which I liked. Food was so good. It is a slower dining service which was fine for us. Will be back

Incredible meal. Fresh ingredients exquisitely prepared and presented. Chef and team do an incredible job. Interesting, thoughtful options. Everything we tried was delicious.

Dinner and Breakfast were great! Chef value and staff have never disappointed. Room reserved is not what we got. The Room we received didn't match even the description on Sugar Hill website.

WelLoved the place. Very quant with old-time character. My wife, daughter and I sat in the bar area by the fire and had drinks. Chris, the bartender was great. He had me taste a few scotches and he was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and Chris was also our server. Dinner was very good and we had a quiet dinner with Chris being very attentive. We will go back and book a stay there next year.
