    Set up this reservation for my wife’s birthday. We have been to this location numerous times for our anniversary dinners. Needless to say, this is our last. Birthday dinner was ruined. This place, known for steaks, certainly did not reflect that last night. First round of steaks, we each ordered the $57 filets. My mom’s was cold. My wife’s was not cooked properly and was dry. Mine was cold. My mom and I ordered the crab claws for an additional $20 each. The claws were cold and they were put on the plate with the steak and so as a result, there was crab claw water on the plate with the steaks. My mom’s side she ordered was also cold. All food was sent back. Then when it came back out: - My steak came out rare. I ordered it medium. It looked as if it was boiled. There was no grill marks. Steak had a gray look to it. And the steak was sitting in water again, likely from it being boiled or the crab claws (that should have been put on a separate plate). - My wife’s steak also had the gray tinge to it and it also appeared to be boiled as well, no grill marks, and she ordered the pair of scallops and they were extremely overcooked. Seriously, for what this place charges for their steaks, this is severely disgusting. My wife’s birthday dinner ruined by this team’s incompetence. The leader on duty did not show any empathy either. Granted, there was no bill but having to sit for a couple hours only to leave there to try to find dinner somewhere was a huge inconvenience. At that time every place was then closed. Our time and my wife’s birthday ruined, thank you Strip! (P.S. I have been trained in culinary arts, J&W. So please do not question my accurate observation regarding the poorly executed dishes.)

    My wife and I had a great experience at Strip. Our server, Alex, was top-notch and very knowledgeable about the menu and cuts of steak available. Food was great from our appetizers to dessert.

    My first time here, and my what a great surprise...I picked the day before Thanksgiving where they have a bunch of festivities going on!! Needless to day, I already have reservations for next year same day!! Outstanding food, servers, hostess....OMG!!!
