Terre Haute Brewing Company construyó el bello edificio Victorian Stables en 1890. El edificio albergaba caballos de Clydesdale, caballos belgas y otros más utilizados para entregar la cerveza a la cervecería. Cuenta con un gran salón de banquetes para eventos privados que se encuentra en las dos terceras partes de la planta superior. El salón tiene capacidad para grupos desde 30 hasta 125 personas. Service was top notch. Mixed drinks were very good. We were given a free glass of champagne since it was our Anniversary. Our water was kept filled the entire night. Our server was attentive. We had stuffed mushrooms for the appetizer and it was not good. It didn’t seem fully cooked and the taste was not good either. It was to be stuffed with crab but all I tasted were bread crumbs. We both had a salad wedge which was good. I had the pork shank and husband chose a special which was a 5oz filet with crab and hollandaise sauce. I have had the pork shank every visit but this time was not good. Definitely not tender and it took extra time which I don’t ever remember happening before. The filet was excellent. For side we had Mac and cheese and asparagus and both were very good. They gave us a free desert so we chose the cheesecake with strawberry sauce which was just ok. Overall we were pleased with our meal and experience. The music started playing right before we finished but we had an early reservation.

We went to The Stables to celebrate a family member retiring. I spoke to the manager, Ike, a few days before and he said that he would set us up with a good table and waiter. He came through in spades. We got a private room (Named The Gangster Room) and it was perfect. Neil was our waiter and he orchestrated a great experience from bourbon to dessert suggestions. Turns out he is a good photographer as well! The ambiance is amazing as the character of the former stables were left intact. The live jazz music was another great touch. Truly a gem and we look forward to going back! Thanks Ike! , Scott

We had a delicious meal, waiter took care of us. Noise level was high because of some larger parties around us. Overall, we will definitely be back.

I entertained my family of eight and everyone had a great experience. Food was excellent as well as service. By far the top fine dining in Terre Haute.

Dinner with friends did not disappoint. Our hostess, Laura, was delightful and so attentive. Food and atmosphere were exceptional.

First time coming and it was a nice atmosphere (besides the loud people in front of us). The staff was very nice and the food was delicious

Cameron was the best server and knows his stuff! Really made the experience more than just a dining experience. The specials were wonderful! I had the mushroom ravioli with steak medallions and they were cooked to perfection.
