Stable Café is open from 4PM to 8pm daily for guests of Biltmore Estate.

Biltmore tickets or an annual pass are required to visit all restaurants on the estate. For seasonal evening events, dinner reservations for all the guests in the party must have an evening-specific ticket or be an estate lodging guest. Dinner menu is a three-course, prefix menu.

The convenient location next to Biltmore House, friendly hospitality, and delectable food make the Stable Café a popular stop after visits to the house and gardens. The ambiance of the historic surroundings in the renovated stable complex is unmatched.

    This is the perfect place to have a very nice dinner prior to your Candlelight Christmas Evening tour. We have gone for many years and the food is always excellent. The service is always very attentive and the ambiance festive. This year we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay & visit.

    The service was great, as was the food. But the cost of dinner is a bit on the steep side. You are definitely paying for the location. Which is fine for a special occasion. However, expect dinner for 2 to easily set you back $150-$200.

    We dined for the Candlelight Pre Fixe Menu. The service was acceptable but nothing exemplary. We were seated near the kitchen and it was loud, bustling, and distracting. The duck fat cornbread was great but the mains were bland and uninspired. The braised short ribs tasted and looked like pressure cooked pot roast without any seasoning. Overall for 2 adults and 2 children it was $250 without any drinks and not worth the price tag.

    Food was very good, but a bit pricey. Waitress was extremely kind, personable, fun. Nice place overall.

    Waitress was extremely rude. Be prepared to sit, order immediately and be rushed.

    We had plenty of time, but food came out unusually slow. The dinner service took about 90 minutes. We also asked for a booth, but first time in 8 years they didn't accomodate the request. Food and server were both excellent.
