    Nice view from table of the Columbus Commons. Food was excellent. Had to wait a little for the food to be prepared. Waitress was on the ball kitchen just slow.

    Pre theatre dinner. The grilled salmon and veggies were tasty and healthy. My dining companion had the lasagna and chicken parm combo, and he loved it. Only bad thing was that the previous diners unscrewed the top to the parmesan cheese, and when we went to use it, it went all over the meal. Luckily, he likes cheese, but it would have been over the top if he didn't like the cheese. The server was gracious and offered to bring new food, but he accepted the cheese without issue. Maybe just have the servers/bus boys check the cheese shakers after every table leaves.

    Food and service was great, but it was VERY noisy and hard to have a conversation. I did like the original ambience better. Where did all those wonderful things go?

    Was very disappointed in our service we received. The staff was not overly friendly or quick. They seemed like they were annoyed to be busy before a play at the Ohio Theatre and really brought down the vibe and excitement we had beforehand. I was so excited to try the new restaurant but would not go back unfortunately.

    Things have really declined since they reopened. We typically come here before CAPA shows and not one of us finished our food and it wasn't because we were full. Several of our dishes tasted like they were reheated. We have tried them 4 or 5 times since they reopened and it has gotten worse with each visit. They used to be so good.

    The best thing I can say was the hostesses were friendly and we didnt have to wait long to be seated with a reservation. The food is subpar but not overly expensive. Our waitress was awful. Didn't greet us at all just went straight to "what do you want to drink". Didn't ask us if we were ready to order or if we wanted appetizers before asking what we were having to eat. She also didn't bother to ask if anyone wanted soup or salad and assumed everyone wanted salad and only asked what dressing they wanted. I ordered an appetizer when ordering my meal that never came but we weren't charged for it so not a big deal. Had to ask her to get refills. I can overlook all that if the food was good but you can get better "italian" at Fazolis. All around not a great experience and won't be back.
