We were very happy with our re-visit, after many years, to Sotto 13, which has been in the neighborhood for a long time. The host was very welcoming, and our server was very professional. The food and cocktails were delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The noise level was fine, although it was a quiet Sunday night. Dining out has gotten so crazy expensive, and Sotto 13 really offers good value with its varied menu. Our friend is vegan and loved their vegan pizza. I plan on returning and also adding it to my take-out repertoire. I heartily recommend going there

We received this recommendation from a bar tender in China Town that stated every time he referred this place he received RAVE REVIEWS. And we are now one more of them. From walk up to walk out everything was top notch, 5-star. Can't wait to come back the next time we are in NY.

At Sotto 13 the people are delightful, the food is delicious and surprising (omg, the truffle fries), the happy hour is a wonderful value, but it is also perfect beyond the happy hour. Highly recommended.
