El Solé Restaurant and Wine Bar está situado en un edificio de Seagram de hace 150 años, a pocos minutos al oeste de Waterloo Uptown Core. El interior dispone de 2 plantas con techo de madera, ladrillos a la vista y generosos acabados en madera, lo que marca la pauta para una experiencia elegante e informal. La carta transportará su paladar al Mediterráneo. Los productos van desde pizzas crujientes, pastas, platillos vegetarianos y filetes hasta costillas de cordero. La experiencia se completa con una extensa carta de vinos (galardonada con con un premio Wine Spectator Award of Excellence), una gran selección de whisky y cervezas locales y de importación. We celebrated a birthday dinner and were met with great service and delicious food that came out hot and timely. Could not have asked for more. The renovations created a great ambiance and the food selection had something for everyone. It was just a perfect way to spend time together.

We had not been back to Sole since it was sold to the Charcoal Group. To be honest, we'd heard conflicting reports. We are SO glad we returned. The food was fabulous and our server was most attentive. Look forward to our next visit.

Sole is one of our go to date spots! It has yet to disappoint us, and our waitress threw a new wrinkle at us getting the brioche to go with the scallops we ordered as an appetizer, what a call!!! Great service, great spot, basically considered our local!

We had an amazing experience here, it was our first time and we will definitely be back! Our server, Heidi, was amazing and made our experience that much better. They have a plant based and gluten free menu which is appreciated.

An amazing dining experience. Staff are attentive without being pushy, very professional. Food and beverages are expertly prepared and very satisfying. Portion sizes are perfect. The menu offers just enough variety to not be overwhelming. It's nice to have enough time to enjoy an appetizer before the main course is presented.
