I’m a member at soho house Experience was overall good. However, I think the ribeye is not good at all. It’s the 2nd time it’s been below mediocre, I would also say the chicken needs to be monitored as it cooks because it was a lil dry. Please add mashed potatoes to the menu. “Smashed potatoes” for finger-licking potatoes is a deceptive name. Most places that call smashed potatoes is normally mashed. Everything else was good. Service was amazing. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and helpful.

As a member I am never surprised by the awful service at the west village house. I never experience anything but excellent customer service at any of the other New York houses and Global houses. It is truly is disappointing and I avoid even going because they always leave such a bad taste in my mouth and that should never be anyone’s (especially members) experience. Arrived for my 6:30 reservation with an old coworker who I hadn’t seen in years we ordered two apps and two rounds of drinks. At 7:30 the waiter told us we had to order our main courses asap since the rush was coming through. He was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Once again not shocked as this has never been a true “soho house” experience. I’m embarrassed for them.
