Callisto is nestled in the mountains overlooking the lush landscape of Vancouver Island with views as far as Mt. Baker. Callisto has an open contemporary dining atmosphere with a seasonal patio that opens onto nature's doorstep. Enjoy signature cocktails from Serip Bar, where each drink is made just for you, or let our sommelier choose a wine from the carefully curated wine list. Two-hour parking for all restaurant guests.
