Our specialty, the Unagi, are Premium Unagi directly imported from Japan every week. Continuing the legacy of our founder, with the same cooking method and the Toku's special sauce created over a century ago, you can now experience a truly authentic Japanese Unagi dishes one could not find here in the states before. Along with our Unagi, we also serve authentic sushi made by our very own Chef with decades of experience. His creations also includes sushi rolls unique to our restaurant. Ettore Vino e Cucina is the first restaurant and wine tasting room from Ettore Winery, a boutique organic estate and winery in Mendocino, CA, spearheaded by Italian-born winemaker Ettore Biraghi and Sofia Rivier.

In collaboration with Los Angeles' beloved Italian restaurant, Osteria Mamma, Ettore Vino e Cucina brought on Chef Mònica Angelats Coll, a culinary expert with a unique background blending aerospace engineering and fine dining, to lead the kitchen.

The menu is inspired by the team’s Italian heritage and will feature signature dishes like Ettore Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a red wine pasta with mushrooms, kale, pecorino and hazelnuts and Stinco Di Agnello Con Patatine Al Parmigiano, braised lamb shank, fingerling potatoes and parmigiano reggiano. The restaurant showcases a beautifully-curated design of charming vintage pieces that have a story to tell, creating a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere.

The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm, walk-ins are welcome.

El lugar en si es lindo excelente locación, el servicio por parte del staff fue bueno, buena atención, la comida buenísima al igual que los tragos, pedimos filet mignon, beef short rib + main lobster tail + mac & cheese + sweet potato truffle fries y dos cocktails + desserts fueron al rededor de 300 dls entre dos personas, los platillos en si no son muy grandes pero definitivamente tienen lo suficiente para quedar más que satisfecho… parael precio. Lo único malo es el espacio, literalmente estas pegado silla con silla al la otra persona, batalle para sentarme y para salir de la mesa también. Creo que Volvería a ir a este lugar solo en ocasión especial.
