Just completing its first year on the dining scene in Telluride, Kazahana offers classic Japanese cuisine prepared by Chef Naoki Takahashi and his team. Sourcing the freshest seafood from around the world, the menu includes sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, chirashi, tartar and ceviche, as well as a selection of salads and hot entrees. Beverage options include Japanese inspired cocktails, whiskey, beer, and a top notch selection of sake and wine. The 10-seat Omakase Bar features a 18 course chef's choice tasting menu with optional sake and wine pairings. Kazahana offers happy hour 5-6pm featuring sushi and rotating drink specials.

Entre al baño y no me gustó que un cocinero usó el baño de clientes ( salió con su mandil me sonrío ) chequé si se había lavado las manos y no se las lavó el lavabo estaba seco! Es decir no lo había usado y si fue el baño por qué olía mal ! Y la verdad muy caro y no había varias cosas !!!!! Lástima

Since then, Cole’s signature non-traditional take on Japanese cuisine has been warmly received by visitors from across the country and around the globe. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. We offer regular tables, high-tops, sushi bar seats, and our community high-top bar.

Es mi restaurante de sushi favorito! Siempre voy con mi esposo y comemos los rolles especiales que tienen, son muy serviciales, el chef es muy bueno porque todo es especial allí..tienen que pedir el chocolate volcane! Los cócteles deliciosos y tienen non-alcoholic drinks también. El ambiente bello, casual, agradable.
