Located in the heart of the old railroad and mining town of Minturn, the Saloon’s building dates back to 1901. During the last one hundred years it has been, at one time or another, home to various taverns, restaurants and even back room gambling for railroaders. While the last five decades have seen the development of Vail and Beaver Creek resorts just seven miles on either side of Minturn, the town’s appearance and feel retains its historic Colorado roots. Recently under new ownership, The Saloon has undergone a complete renovation and reopened in November of '23 with a fresh new menu and updated space. Chef Anthony Mazza's menu features slow-cooked short rib and pork cheek and Colorado River Ranch wagyu steak. The nostalgia and historical memorabilia and photos remain. The space still feels like The Saloon, but carried into the present day. Enjoy a resurrected Colorado Saloon and feel the history all around you.

There’s a reason we’re perched down by the river. In fact, the view right outside is a nice little reminder that life is better when you go with the flow. Salt & Lime is Rex's Family of Restaurant's twist on classic Mexican. A bright, vibrant atmosphere and fresh flavors are our priorities. With an emphasis on tacos, traditional cooking techniques and regional ingredients are used to create progressive Mexican dishes. At the bar unique craft tequila cocktails are prepared with natural ingredients and fresh juices. Take advantage of the salt, lime & sunshine offered up on the rooftop deck during the summer months. Due to ever changing mountain weather, our patio is seated on a first come first serve basis and not available for reservations or booking in advance.
Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We encourage reservations and offer a wait list when available.

El hotel está espectacular y el restaurante muy sencillo. Los rollos de sushi nada fuera de lo común pero los precios muy elevados. La atención de primera pero definitivamente muy caro.
