Former TV chef Marc Kuzma (aka Claire de Lune) lets his talents shine at his Darlinghurst venture. Step through the doors from Oxford Street, and enter a world of glamour, decadence and French chic. Located in the heart of Penrith, our brand new small-batch brewing facility is open to the public and offers our visitors an immersive brewery experience. Sit and drink some of our finest craft beers from the bar and enjoy a hearty feast, while you watch our brewmasters hard at work.

As we’re a manufacturing facility and brew our craft beer on site, you’ll experience the smells and sounds of our brewing process in a laid-back, friendly atmosphere.

With plenty of seating and a large-open plan layout, our brewery is the perfect location for hosting large groups to celebrate just about any occasion in a casual fashion.

The booking are limited to a 3 hour session.
