El Print Works Bistro emplea ingredientes frescos locales para recrear sabores extraordinarios y elaborar comida casera creativa. Los comensales podrán degustar versiones tradicionales y modernas de platos clásicos populares de bistrós franceses y europeos en este restaurante contiguo al LEED Platinum, eco-green Proximity Hotel. El animado salón comedor presenta ventanales con vistas a los jardines, mientras que la terraza junto al riachuelo dispone de zona de comedor al aire.
