In March of 2013 renowned vegan Chef Tal Ronnen opened Crossroads at the corner of Melrose and Sweetzer in Los Angeles. We are proud to serve mouthwatering Mediterranean meals in a refined environment. Crossroads is not what people picture when they think of a vegan restaurant. Now in May 2022 we've brought that same flavor and quality cuisine to Las Vegas.
With upscale décor and lighting, we continue our passion for plant based dining with a full bar and inspired cocktail program. There are no obvious vegan cues and most guests don't even make the connection that the menus is plant-based - they just know that the restaurant is comfortable and the food is satisfying and delicious. En general está bueno , lo marcan cómo comida americana y uno espera cierto tipo de comida pero es muy estilo de vida fit , saludable La pizza es para una sola persona y de última uno q se tengo le saca una porción pero no era para dos. Rico pero no es el tipo de menú q esperábamos. Lo que sí es q los tragos son Buenisimos y la peach lemonade es algo RIQUISIIIIMO una combinación q no sabía q era tan buena

Effective 3/18/20 - The health and safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting our operating hours and have updated our practices for everyone's safety.

Pizza pies and craft beer is what we handle best. Individual brick oven-style pizzas with wood-fired crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings along with Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads. Flour & Barley also features barrel aged & handcrafted cocktails as well as an extensive beer program with seasonal beers on draft and wine on draft.

The restaurant also features a 1,200-square-foot patio opening to The LINQ’s entertainment district, and a to-go window serving fresh-made slices, making it well situated to serve guests of The LINQ’s various attractions.

Embark on a culinary adventure unlike any other at BLACKOUT, a fascinating dining experience just off the Las Vegas Strip. Sitting in total darkness, your sense of taste and smell are completely heightened as you feast on a plant-based, multi-course, mystery meal of wonderful specialties.

Upon arrival at BLACKOUT, you're greeted by the friendly and entertaining staff. Next, you're led into the pitch-black dining room where your meal can begin. Taste and touch your way through a delicious lunch or dinner, one dish at a time.

At the end of your meal, the staff escorts you back to the lobby. Head back out into Vegas happy that you've had a truly unique sensory experience that you won't soon forget.

The Blackout dining experience is $99.95/per guest and includes admission and a seven course prix-fixe dinner.

Excelente experiencia, aviva tus otros sentidos, hay que hacerlo al menos una vez!, te permite disfrutar y también valorar tu sentido de la vista y pensar en cómo es la vida de las personas con discapacidad visual
