First I want to say the 2 guys for valet parking were outstanding & very helpful. Checking in was decent. Our waiter was ok. I asked for a little bit more salad dressing and never got it, one person's baked potato was not cooked all the way so we sent that back, one steak had so much fat through it that it ended up being more fat than meat & for paying these prices was not the best, other people's meats were cooked to the correct temperature, we asked for a desert menu 2 times and waited about 15 minutes for just a menu and when we finally got it we were ready to go. Out of 4 people at our table, 3 people drove 1-1 1/2 hours for dinner. The waiter seemed more interested in the table beside us and from what we saw of what they were ordering, they were going to have a nice heavy bill. However this was my Dad's first time going and my second time returning.

My overall experience was decent. The server named Michael was a delight. He honestly made the night wonderful. My food was ok I was not impressed at all.i asked for a medium rare steak and i got medium to medium well. Being a cook myself this was a huge let down. But anyways. Thanks to Michael the night ended great.

Love coming here. The food and service are always so good. It is overpriced, but you also know that going in. Great filet...they are experts at that!

You can’t forget Michael’ ultra deep voice. His level of service was phenomenal. He went out of his way to make us all feel he genuinely cared that we were happy. While I wasn’t overly happy with basically charred beyond recognition Porterhouse for 2 that arrived to the table sliced in cubes?? I managed to muster the courage to eat it so as not to bring a negativity to my 70th birthday celebration at Ruth’s Chris, something I had been doing for the last 45 years. It was probably the single worst Porterhouse steak I’ve ever eaten. Looked like the chef got busy and make left it in too long, not to the point of being consumed by the flames but darn close enough to ruin the flavor with The burnt bone running through it. Having it pre-cubed for me was a first and something I will ensure never happens again. However, Michael our server and host couldn’t have been more delightful to work with. He is a valuable asset to your team.
