This year, we decided to have a nontraditional Thanksgiving outside of our home for the first time and were very excited about the experience. Our reservations were at 5:45 PM. When we began ordering our Thanksgiving meal, we were informed that the pecan pie was unavailable. While disappointing, we decided to stick with the Thanksgiving dinner, looking forward to enjoying the pumpkin pie instead. When our dinner plates arrived, we noticed that the cranberry relish was missing. After informing our waiter, he checked with the kitchen and returned to let us know they had run out of it. This was disappointing, as the cranberry relish is a key part of the meal. Later, when it was time for dessert, we were told that the pumpkin pie was also unavailable. We were given the option to choose another dessert from the menu, so my daughter ordered the carrot cake—only to be told later that it, too, was not available. By this point, it was quite frustrating that both of the original Thanksgiving pies, the cranberry relish, and even an alternative dessert were unavailable. Additionally, the kids’ dinner portions were far too large. Offering smaller portions with a soup or salad option would have been more appropriate. The presentation of the dishes was also sloppy, which detracted from the overall dining experience. That said, our waiter, Mr. Don, was excellent—very attentive and apologetic throughout the evening, which we greatly appreciated. While the food itself was good, the repeated unavailability of key menu items was disappointing. Given the circumstances, the restaurant should have offered a discount or gift card as a gesture of goodwill for not delivering on the advertised Thanksgiving dinner.

Our reservation was at 430pm, we arrived at 403pm. Our waiter Dom was absolutely awesome! He was the best part of the dining experience. By 520p-530p we had our food. The 4 of us chose the Thanksgiving meal and it arrived to the table cold. The turkey resembled thick sandwich meat covered in gravy. The carrots were also cold and maybe flash steamed at the most with oil drizzled on top. The mashed potatoes tasted powdered and flavorless. We opted to get the dessert to go, one person wanted the pecan pie but it was sold out. The whole experience was a Thanksgiving let down.

Thanksgiving at Ruth’s Chris - A Delightful Feast! Yesterday, we decided to celebrate Thanksgiving at Ruth’s Chris, and it was everything my palate had imagined! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for the holiday. The meal was exceptional—each dish beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The turkey was perfectly tender, and the sides were a dream, especially the sweet potato casserole and creamy mashed potatoes. Everything tasted fresh and seasoned to perfection. The service was impeccable as well. The staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our Thanksgiving dinner was special. Ruth’s Chris truly exceeded expectations, and this year’s Thanksgiving will be one to remember. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make their holiday stress-free and delicious!

Came in after a great first experience at another Ruth Chris. Was served four pieces of bread for a family of 5 and never brought more. Never walked through the menu. Server asked for refills after being sat 45 minutes, planned on having more drinks but couldn’t order them. Was never asked if I wanted another drink. Soup came cold. Potatoes also cold. Horrible service. After 1.5 hours and never seeing our sever since our first round of drinks even after food came, we flagged down another server for a check and ice cream, our server apologized she couldn’t help us all night she had another party. Would not recommended this location.

There for my birthday and we really enjoyed the food and service. Throughout the year I pick up food to go so I don't know when the Valet started charging. We normally go to the Uptown Ruth Chris for special occasions but may switch to the South Park Ruth Chris going forward.

Phil waited on us. Personally, I found the 2-person table too small to really enjoy the meal. I would definitely ask for a larger table next time. The food was delicious. We were well taken care of.
